So far my verdict is… suckage So many things just straight up don’t work:

- Built in Cisco VPN client (I can connect, but split DNS doesn’t work, so no name resolution)

- mysql server – totally hosed

- little snitch – totally hosed

- safari crashed twice already

- Neoteris remote access no longer works

- I had Xcode installed, it doesn’t upgrade that during the OS install (even though it is on the upgrade disc)

- gcc no longer works

- macports/fink broken

……. *sigh* ……..

I know most of this is on the developers of these applications to get their applications working for the new OS, but still. Frustrating to say the least.

I miss my linux desktop. If it wasn’t for photoshop/lightroom/photomatix I’d have ditched this OS long, long ago
